    The Jeep Wrangler Sahara really was a beast on the trails:Command-Trac 4WD system with a proper low range.Solid front and rear axles (huge for articulation).High ground clearance.Short wheelbase compared to most SUVs.The Sahara trim balanced comfort and trail capability nicely more refined than the Sport, but still very trail-ready. Throw on some aggressive tires and it could handle rocks, mud, sand you name it.
